KKing's Counsel AI

Security & trust

Designed for scrutiny, from the outset.

Professional confidence depends on how sources, data and decisions are handled. These are the controls in our product plan and the questions we intend to evidence before launch.

01 / planned control

UK data residency

The proposed product architecture prefers Google Cloud's London region for customer data and core services. Contractual scope, sub-processors and technical implementation will be confirmed before launch.

02 / planned control

Immutable audit events

Research, drafting, citations, exports and access changes are designed to create durable event records. Retention, export formats and evidence quality remain subject to engineering and legal validation.

03 / planned control

Confidential matter material

The product design separates tenant and matter access. Confidential customer documents are not intended to train a shared model. Final data processing terms will specify the operative commitments.

04 / planned control

Human oversight

Answers and drafts are aids to professional work. The user should verify source authority, relevance and currency, and apply appropriate supervision before any external use.
